Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are being calculated at checkout. The cost varies per country and per product type (e.g. framed products are heavier and require additional protection compared to print only products). Editions come with free delivery (we hope this makes you smile ☻).
Shipping Partners
Our shipments are mainly sent from Germany (for European orders) but we have fulfillment locations in the UK and the USA. We select for you the most reliable and cost effective option to minimize your costs, whilst ensuring that your orders reach you rapidly. We use a mix of shipping carriers (Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, USPS, DHL Paket, Warenpost) to ensure your orders arrive quickly and safely.
Editions are sent from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. For these we have chosen the following couriers for their reliable, high-quality delivery service: PostNL (for domestic destinations) and UPS (for all other destinations).
Delivery Times
- European Union: 4–10 business days
- Germany: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland: 4–10 business days
- Other destinations: 5-15 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partners. Delays may occur due circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier and logistics issues (e.g. weather disruptions, transport delays, high season demand, service disruptions), customs and international shipping (e.g. customs clearance delays, inspections, import duties/taxes), art-specific considerations (large or fragile packages may need special handling by courier) or customer-related factors (e.g. incorrect or incomplete addresses, recipient unavailable at the time of delivery, restricted access for delivery).
Tracking
A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships.
Packaging
All prints are shipped in protective packaging with multiple layers of shock absorption and marked “Fragile”.
