We Are Alive

Being alive happens when the present asks for all of you, when time feels limited, when attention becomes sharp. Here, fear and beauty share the same space, reminding you that being alive is never neutral. It asks for engagement. Now is enough, because tomorrow steps aside.

This print is from The Unforgettable collection, a series of real moments that feel strangely familiar. A glimpse of something you’ve seen, felt, or lost. Real moments, quietly remembered. Ordinary yet eternal.

This print is made to last, produced with museum-quality giclée printing, a fine art process that uses pigment-based inks to achieve exceptional detail, rich color, and superior longevity.

Printed on 310 g/m² Hahnemühle German Etching®, a heavyweight fine art paper with a slightly warm tone and rich, tactile texture. Its pronounced surface captures light beautifully, producing strong colours and deep blacks with remarkable contrast. The paper’s handcrafted feel and matte finish give each artwork a timeless character, while its robust fibres resist fraying, ensuring durability during handling and mounting.

Mallorca

Mallorca holds a rare duality. Silence becomes spectacle and spectacle becomes silence. Riding across the island on a motorbike, from the first light to the last, you feel it fully. Between rocks and sea, cliffs and coves, there’s a grounded stillness that somehow keeps you moving. No pause. No break. Just the quiet joy of seeing it all. Days like these are complete. Nothing wasted. And if every day could feel this whole, perhaps we wouldn’t need to stop. But we do. Because we’re human. And even joy needs rest.

Meet the Artist

Florian Laroye is a photographer drawn to the essence of a moment. Rather than chasing the spectacular, he focuses on color, form, and composition to capture emotion, often with a sense of quiet romanticism. He calls it the Art of Noticing.

“Wherever I go, my camera is always with me. Always just 2 seconds away from the next capture. I let my curiosity notice colors, shapes, compositions, romanticism and boooom, it’s captured.”
